Our story
Bridgewater was created by a team of experienced children's residential professionals who believed the sector could, and should, feel more like family. We invested in beautiful homes, in a therapeutically-informed team, and in a culture where every young person is respected as an individual.
Today we partner with local authorities across the North West and beyond, providing consistent, high-quality residential care that puts each young person's needs, safety and future first.
